Peter Edward Spurgeon - President
About Peter
I am an Accounting Major and Finance Minor at A&M Commerce. This is my Senior year at Commerce, and I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Commerce. After graduation, I hope to work for a company that is in the automobile or aerospace sector, and pursue my master's in Accounting and become a licensed CPA.

Catholicism, reading, technology, and cars are my primary interests, but spending time with my friends is what I enjoy doing the most.

This year, I am the President of the Catholic Student Organization (CSO), and plan to work with the other officers to grow the organization and lead it effectively so that students will have the opportunity to build friendships and community with other members.

Elizabeth A Shook - Retreat Coordinator
About Elizabeth
I am a double major in Paralegal Studies and Sociology in my third year at TAMUC. I am a part of the Regents Scholars Program, an organization that provides an environment that pushes me to excel in my schoolwork as well as strive to become a more globally-aware citizen. I was the Retreat Coordinator for the Catholic Student Organization in my Sophomore year at the University, a role in which I learned a great deal about applying networking as well as other skills that I am likely to use later in my professional career. I particularly enjoy puns, reading a good book, shopping, riding roller coasters, being Catholic, hiking, biking, and visiting with friends and family.

About Julia
I am currently a junior and studying elementary education at TAMUC in hopes to become an elementary school teacher. I am also a Chi Omega on campus and love what greek life has offered me through different opportunities. For the last 3 summers, I have worked in Texas and Wisconsin as a leader of youth as a staff member and camp counselor at two different Catholic summer camps.
I love meeting new people, drinking coffee, inspiring others to discover the love God has for everyone and spending time with my family and friends.

Lauren Michelle DeGroote
About Lauren
I am a psychology major with an emphasis in counseling. I will be graduating in December of 2017. My plans after I earn my B.S. consist of getting married in April, attending graduate school in August, and starting a family when God decides that it is the right time.
My interests include reading, playing volleyball, spending time with friends, and baking!

Revelation 5:4-5 (Knox)

I was all in tears, that none should be found worthy to open the scroll or have sight of it, until one of the elders said to me: "No need for tears; here is one who has gained the right to open the book, by breaking its seven seals; the Lion that comes from the tribe of Judah, from the stock of David."
